We'd like to thank everybody who signed up and participated in the readathon. We're always striving to make this event the best it can be and we couldn't do that without your enthusiastic participation.

Bout of Books 36 will be from January 2 to January 8, 2023.

Following this blog is the BEST way to stay up to date on EVERYTHING.

Seriously, follow us here for the latest news. You can also follow our the Bout of Books Instagram account where we count down the weeks until the next Bout of Books or you can join the Discord to talk books between readathons.

If you’re interested in helping out for the next Bout of Books, we post a call for help about 3 weeks prior to the start of the read-a-thon - which will be around December 12th for Bout of Books 36.

Once again, thank you to everyone who helped make Bout of Books 35 a success! We appreciate that you love books and how vocal you are about sharing it!

The Bout of Books readathon is organized by Amanda Shofner and Kelly Rubidoux Apple. It’s a weeklong readathon that begins 12:01am Monday, August 15th and runs through Sunday, August 21st in YOUR time zone. Bout of Books is low-pressure.
