Challenges

Book Trip

Share books set in places you want to visit. Make a road trip of settings in the US or a dream vacation. Or you can think outside the box and choose fantasy, paranormal, historical, or sci-fi setting. Like Hogwarts!
Thanks to Stacie (@SincerelyStacie) for today's challenge.

    Instagram Photo a Day

For those of you who use Instagram, don't forget to post your daily Bout of Books photo. Find out more on our Bout of Books Instagram page!

    Updates

The way these updates work is that you post whatever you want your fellow readathoners to see TODAY. Whether that's your progress for the previous day, your contribution to today's challenge, an incredibly witty tweet about the book you're reading, or a hygge reading picture you posted on Instagram, link it here. The linky will be open for 24 hours. There will be another linky tomorrow. Please include a DIRECT LINK to your update so we don't have to go clicking around to find it.

If you have questions, please tweet us @boutofbooks or email us (boutofbooks at gmail dot com).

Link up your progress or challenge!

    1. I couldn't think of anything else but the Saving Angels series by the amazing Annie Rose Welch. In these books she takes you all over the world, including two of my favorite places. Ireland and New Orleans.

    2. I really enjoyed doing the map for this challenge, as well as thinking about all the books I have that could take me to places I've never known much about, such as the Faroe Islands. https://triphappy.com/e/544501 (books were Spiegelman, Wall Street Noir; Steinhauer, An American Spy; Heinsesen,The Lost Musicians, Isherwood, Berlin Stories; Rudolph, Little Bastards in Springtime, and Lee, Pachinko)
